Sherri Coleman has worked at Nationwide for over 25 years having managed teams within the Licensing, Registration, and Commissions areas. She was the Secretary and President of the SILA Foundation as well as the Securities Director for SILA. Currently, she serves as the President-Elect of SILA. Sherri lives with her husband and bulldog outside of Columbus, OH.
Paula Sisneros has spent the past 23 years servicing the insurance industry. In her current role at Pearson VUE she is responsible for leading a team of professionals who oversee education, testing and licensing services for various state clients. Paula serves as the SILA Vendor Relations Chair and is active on multiple SILA committees. Paula lives in Aurora, Colorado with her husband of 22 years, their 12-year-old twin boys and their lazy hound dog, Elvis.
Kathy Halverson started the centralized adjuster licensing operation for Farmers Insurance and managed the team for over 20 years. She is a founding member of the SALS Subgroup and has served in multiple SILA leadership roles including: SALS Steering Committee Chair, SILA Membership Director and currently the 2021 SILA President. On a personal note, Kathy lives in Kansas and has been married to her husband, Carl, for 27 years. They have 1 son, 1 granddaughter and 3 dogs who are the topics of many funny stories within their household.
