With more than 25 years of insurance technology experience, he is an expert in IT strategy and assessments, digital transformations, cloud strategy, core systems modernization, cybersecurity governance, agency portals and connectivity, customer experience, CRM, and marketing automation. Kevin’s insurance industry experience includes executive roles in IT, underwriting, sales, and marketing. Prior to joining Novarica, he held senior leadership roles at Deloitte Digital; Accenture; and Ohio Mutual Insurance Group, where he served as the Vice President of Underwriting and Sales. Kevin is a graduate of NC State College.
Matt attended the University of Vermont while working as an intern at Liberty Mutal. After graduation, Matt received a full-time position in personal lines sales for Liberty Mutual. He ended up meeting his now business partner, Zack Gould at Liberty Mutal and together they built G&N Insurance in 2010 which provides home and auto insurance to residential real estate buyers. G&N has become one of the fastest-growing private companies in America by attracting talented core value rockstars who all rally behind the company's core focus.
Kyle graduated from Lake Erie College and started his early career at GEICO as a member of their development program and management. He held rotations in service, sales, training, business planning, and retention. After approximately 4 years at GEICO Kyle took a new position as the Director of Operations at Pro Shield Financial LLC which led him to become the Vice President at Quantum Assurance International, which is his current position. Kyle oversees the eastern region sales operation and its customer service department.
