Janice Pierson has 20+ years of experience in the insurance industry. She began her career in the independent insurance agency space, where she was licensed for 10 years with experience in all areas and responsibilities within an independent agency, including but not limited to both Accounting and Agency Operations. Janice joined Vertafore and worked on the implementation team as a consultant to agencies using AMS360 and WorkSmart for approximately 8 years. She then transitioned to the Solution Consulting team, working with the sales organization for the past 6 years, analyzing the current state and future goals of agencies to determine how Vertafore solutions can best fit their needs. Most recently she has joined the Product Management team as Director of Product Management for AMS360.
